VAN HIRE PROCEDURE
• All vans are a 24 hour hire.
• One day hire mileage limit is 250 miles for all vans anything other than a 1 day hire is unlimited mileage. Excess mileage will be charged at 20 pence +VAT per mile for vans and 50 pence +VAT per mile for minibuses.
• Age restrictions for insurance is between 25 to 74 years of age.
• A £50 booking deposit must be taken at the time of booking the van.
• Extra drivers are charged at £10 per driver per day.
• The deposit for all vans is £500 unless the customer chooses to take out our insurance excess waiver which will cost £15 per day and reduce there hire deposit to £200.
• The excess for the insurance is £1,250 unless the customer chooses to take out our insurance excess waiver which will cost £15 per day and reduce the excess to £250.
• All vans go out with a full tank of fuel. If a van is not returned full of fuel the customer will be charged £2.00 per litre to return it to full.
• Any overhead, windscreen, glass or tyre damage must be covered by the customer for example if they have driven under a low bridge and damaged the roof they would be liable for the damage.
• All payments must be taken by card and credit/debit card details must be taken on the rental agreement form.

All drivers must be present on collection of the vehicle and must bring with them:
- Their photo card driving licence. If the driving licence is a non photo card paper licence, we also require a valid passport. Please note that we must be notified one working day in advance if the hirer holds a foreign drivers licence. Foreign licence holders or hirers with a non UK address must also bring a valid passport.
- Proof of address, e.g. a letter, utility bill or bank statement. This must be dated within the last three months. Electronic copies are acceptable. you can show us on your phone, tablet or device.
- Driving licence CHECK CODE which can be retrieved from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.

Please note:
- Drivers must pay with a credit or debit card in their name unless the booking is under a business name in which case a business card must be used.
- We do not accept Cash, AMEX, Visa Electron, Solo or any prepaid top up cards
- If drivers have any convictions/endorsements on their driving licence from within the last 5 years please notify us at the time of booking. Some convictions/endorsements may prevent our insurer providing cover for the driver.
