Van Hire Procedure

Hire Duration: All vans are available for 24-hour hire.
Mileage Limit:
- One-day hire: 250-mile limit applies.
- More than one day: Unlimited mileage.
- Excess mileage charges:
  - 20p + VAT per mile for vans.
  - 50p + VAT per mile for minibuses.
Age Restrictions: Drivers must be between 25 and 74 years old.
Booking Deposit: A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Additional Drivers:
- Each extra driver costs £10 per day.
- They must provide all required documents and pass relevant checks.
Hire Deposit & Insurance Excess:
- Standard hire deposit: £500.
- Optional Insurance Excess Waiver:
  - Costs £15 per day.
  - Reduces hire deposit to £250.
  - Reduces insurance excess from £1,250 to £250.
Fuel Policy:
- Vans are supplied with a full tank of fuel.
- If not returned full, a £2.00 per litre charge applies.
Customer Responsibility:
- The hirer is responsible for any overhead, windscreen, glass, or tyre damage.
- Example: If the hirer damages the roof by driving under a low bridge, they are fully liable for repairs.
Payment Methods:
- All payments must be made by debit/credit card.
- Card details must be recorded on the rental agreement form.

Collection & Return Location:
- All vans must be collected and returned to:
  A to B Self Drive, Eden Works, Colne Road, Sough, BB18 6SY unless otherwise arranged with management.
Standard Collection Times:
- Hire period is based on a 24-hour basis, starting at 8:30 AM or 5:30 PM.
- Weekend Hire: Saturday collections must be made before 12 noon, with return arrangements confirmed at booking.
Customer Vehicle Parking:
- Customers may leave their vehicle on-site at their own risk.
- A key must be left with us in case it needs to be moved.
